Orders and Returns

We understand the importance of buying the right products for your business needs, and we are committed to providing our customers with simple ordering and return policies.

Once you have selected the products you'd like to purchase on our site, contact our sales team.

Once your order has been processed and payment received, it will be shipped to your requested address according to the selected delivery timeframe. Most orders are shipped within 8-10 business days.

JoJoPackaging reserves the right to reject any orders that are not compliant with the order policies.

We stand behind our products and are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our custom-made product, you may contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that most custom-printed products are not eligible for returns due to their nature, so our team will deeply consider your request.

If JoJoPackaging approves your request, we will reprint your order, but there will be no refund option.

At JoJoPackaging, our payment policy is simple. We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

For your convenience, we also offer a variety of flexible payment plans to allow customers to spread their payments out over an extended period. Please contact us to learn more and determine if you are eligible for these payment plans.

We also offer discount codes and promotional codes throughout the year. Please note that these codes only apply to the original payment method and can't be applied to future payments.

Shipping and Delivery

At JoJoPackaging, we are responsible for handling your shipments. We will arrange for the shipment of your products based on your choice. We use standard shipping services like FedEx, DHL, and USPS for delivery. The shipping is free on all orders, so you won't have to pay extra for shipping services.

Your order will be delivered to the address you have provided us within the estimated time told by our sales representatives. Please review the important notes about the delivery time before you submit your order.

If any item(s) arrive at your door damaged, contact us at support@jojopackaging.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation

At JoJoPackaging, we understand that unexpected circumstances happen and have a strict Order Cancellation Policy for any changes or cancellations to your order. Our goal is to offer an easy and hassle-free approach to help customers who need to make such changes or cancellations.

• Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has yet to be processed or shipped. To cancel, please get in touch with our customer support team at info@jojopackaging.com.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, it cannot be reversed, but we may offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.
• It will not be possible if you wish to return the item after it has been shipped.
