At JoJoPackaging, we remain committed to providing excellent custom packaging. Our Quality Assurance (QA) staff thoroughly inspects and verifies each product before it's shipped. If any discrepancies arise during production, we will reprint the product and correct the mistake, holding no cost to you. This ensures you are provided with good packaging.

Therefore, it is vitally important to carefully examine the details of your design to prevent any mistakes. It is also important to note that JoJoPackaging will not be held accountable for any errors after the final proof is approved by you.

Although it is highly improbable, if any errors with the packaging are noticed within three business days of its delivery, kindly notify us with photographic or video evidence so our Quality Control (QC) team can investigate the issue. If the mistake occurs, we will gladly reprint your product and remedy the situation at no cost.

Refund

Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through our extra attention to detail when manufacturing custom packaging. Please get in touch with us promptly within three business days of receipt if you observe any discrepancies. You can assist us further in our investigations by providing photos of the item(s). This will help our quality control and design team to accurately evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to address it. If the fault lies with us, the item will be reprinted free of charge. However, in these cases, refunds are not available. Conversely, a reprint will only be completed if the fault arrives with us.
